Swimming Pools in Skagafjörður
A diverse selection of swimming pools can be found in Skagafjörður. The municipality operates swimming pools in Sauðárkrókur, Hofsós, and Varmahlíð, and leases out the operation of the swimming pool at Sólgarðar in Fljót.
The hot tubs at the Sauðárkrókur Swimming Pool are among the best, the view from the swimming pool in Hofsós is spectacular, the pool and slides in Varmahlíð are especially family-friendly, and the peace and countryside charm of the swimming pool at Sólgarðar is truly unique.
